OEM/ODM Process
Note: The following process is a simplified general framework for providing OEM/ODM services to our customers. It can be adjusted based on your specific requirements.
Step 1: Customer Consultation
Engage in discussions with the customer to understand their specific requirements and expectations.
Step 2: Cell Brand Selection
Recommend prioritizing Ganfeng Lithium batteries as the cell brand, but also accommodate customer-specified cell brands if requested.
Step 3: Sign Technical Agreement/Contract
Formalize the partnership by signing a technical agreement or contract that outlines the terms and conditions of the OEM/ODM arrangement.
Step 4: Product Sampling
Develop and produce product samples based on the agreed specifications for evaluation and testing.
Step 5: Performance/Safety Testing
Conduct thorough performance and safety tests on the product samples and provide testing reports for review.
Step 6: Sample Provision
Ship the product samples to the customer for their acceptance and evaluation.
Step 7: Sample Confirmation
Receive confirmation from the customer regarding the acceptance of the product samples.
Step 8: Small-scale Trial Production Delivery
Commence small-scale production and deliver the initial batch of products. Generate barcodes for each product based on the testing data and upload them to the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for documentation.
Step 9: Mass Production Delivery
Scale up production and deliver the bulk order of products. Generate barcodes for each product based on the testing data and upload them to the MES for documentation.
Step 10: Outbound Logistics and Order Completion
Arrange the logistics for outbound shipments, ensuring the prompt delivery of the OEM/ODM order to the designated destination.
